  1. Reports:
    1. President’s Report: I wish to thank the members for allowing me the privilege of serving the Society for the past twelve years.             The past year has been interesting and, I feel, successful. The Hallmark Heritage Society continues to occupy the Craigflower Schoolhouse with office, file storage and the use of the Schoolhouse in a traditional manner.                                                                                                            The Society engaged the services of a student worker over the summer, and this has proven very productive. Most house files have now been digitized and are stored in the “Cloud” for safety and have been uploaded to our website. We have also started work on an auxiliary website dedicated just to photographs.                                                   The Society received a donation of photographs and negatives from the estate of Phillip Graham as well as that of Al Fry and will soon sort through these to determine what will be added to the files.               Over the summer months the exterior paint of the Schoolhouse was touched up, the sewage pump was replaced as part of preventative maintenance, and new toilets and flooring installed in the bathrooms. All works are funded by the Provincial heritage Branch as part of our lease arrangements.                                                                                                      We are back having meetings in a wonderful space, and I am sure that the Hallmark Heritage Society will continue to be the voice of heritage conservation in Greater Victoria.                                                                                        Again, Thank You.
