HALLMARK HERITAGE SOCIETY

   The Hallmark Heritage Society encourages the preservation of structural, natural, cultural and horticultural heritage in Greater Victoria. This is done through a process of advocacy and research working towards a greater public awareness and understanding of the value of heritage preservation within the community.
   The Hallmark Heritage Society is dedicated to collect and disseminate information on heritage preservation, conservation and restoration and maintaining and expanding an active archive of the heritage architecture of Greater Victoria.
    The Hallmark Heritage Society is a membership-driven organization dependent upon it’s membership to set policy and direction, and to actively engage with the public and all levels of government in promoting heritage preservation.

   Victoria is home to some of the most stunning heritage buildings and landmarks in Canada. Explore the rich history of our city through our curated collection of features that showcase the unique architectural and cultural heritage of Victoria.

The Hallmark Archives contain information on over 3500 buildings in the Greater Victoria Area.
Many files have been digitized and can be accessed online.
